Uko bikorwa
  • Vanga inyama ziseye+ ibitunguru +Beef masala+ tungurusumu+maggi+ igi+ puwavuro ,maze ubisonge nk’ubugari ukoresheje umwuko cyangwa intoke. Iyo bidafatana neza ushyiramo ifarini. Bivange bikore bimere nk’ubugari( pate )
  • Jyenda ufata ya pate wakoze ubumbe akangana n’igi usigeho utuvungu tw’umugati (chapelure) duke
  • Teka amavuta ashyuhe cyane, bitewe n’isafuriya cyangwa ipanu ugiye gutekaho uko ingana ugomba gushyiramo amavuta y’azirengera ariko litiro 1 irahagije mu isafuriya nto. Ikikubwira ko zihiye zijya hasi.

Boulette zisanzwe n’izo mu ifuru
  • Ushyira twatundi wabumbye kuri platine (iplao ijya mu ifuru)
  • Ugashyira mu ifuru
  • Koresha umuriro muke 100 degre. Ureke zimare iminota 45
zitegurane n’ isosi itukura ndetse n’ibirayi biseye.
